DELIVERY & REFUND TERMS – EVER + MAPLE
FLOWER & GIFT DELIVERY
If you are ordering for delivery to two (2) separate locations please place two (2) separate orders.
CUT OFF TIMES
Local delivery cut off time for SAME DAY delivery is 12pm weekdays and 10am Saturday.
Delivery is not available on Sundays.
Deliveries are made between 12pm and 5pm weekdays and after 12pm Saturdays.
Local delivery fees start from $12.
EVENTS THAT WOULD IMPACT DELIVERY
It is the sender’s responsibility to notify Ever + Maple of any circumstances that may affect the delivery courier’s ability to deliver your order for example dogs on the premises or locked gates.
In situations such as these we will attempt to make contact whilst the courier is still at the premises. If contact cannot be made whilst the courier is at the recipients address the order will be returned to Ever + Maple. The order can then be collected by the recipient or sender or re-delivered with an additional delivery fee.
Deliveries containing alcohol can only be accepted by someone over the age of 18. Deliveries containing alcohol will not be left in open public spaces.
AUSTRALIA POST SHIPPING
Standard Shipping on gift boxes is $14 and $20 Express.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver nationwide across Australia only, across metro Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Our flowers are delivered within Toowoomba, QLD and surrounds.
When will my order be sent?
Items from our gift shop will be dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm. If your order is placed after 12pm, it will be sent the very next business day. You will receive an email with the tracking notification once your order has been dispatched.
What are the delivery options?
All parcels will be sent via standard shipping. Should you require your order sent via Express post. Please select that option at checkout.
What is Authority to Leave (ATL)?
ATL means that if no one is at the nominated delivery address when delivery is attempted, the parcel will be left somewhere safe at that location. If you do not want ATL, please let us know in the notes at checkout.
How is my gift packaged?
Our gift boxes are posted in an external mailing box as we want your gifts to arrive in perfect condition.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
My item was damaged in delivery, can I return it?
Absolutely. All products are checked before dispatch and while we try our best to ensure our gifts are delivered in perfect condition, sometimes damage during the delivery process can occur. Should this happen, please contact us at email@example.com so that we can offer a replacement. In the event the product is sold out, we will happily offer a refund.
Can I return a box due to change of mind?
We do not provide refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully and read each product description prior to purchasing.
Who do I contact to arrange a return?
