A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT DELIVERY

Delivery Hours
We deliver Monday to Saturday between 11am and 4pm. Orders placed by 1pm are eligible for same-day delivery.

Timed Deliveries
While we’re always happy to accommodate delivery preferences where possible, we’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times.   Our couriers follow the most efficient delivery route to ensure every order arrives as promptly as possible.

If the Recipient Isn’t Home
If no one is home, our courier will do their best to leave your order in a safe and sheltered spot at the delivery address. A time-stamped photo will be taken as proof of delivery. Please note that once an order has been safely delivered, we cannot accept responsibility for theft or damage caused by extreme weather conditions.

If We’re Unable to Deliver
If we're unable to complete your delivery due to an issue with the address provided (such as incorrect or incomplete details), we'll be in touch to arrange the next steps. Should you wish to have your order re-delivered, an additional delivery fee will apply.
